We had the good news that Olive's evacuation to the USA was "in sight." But since Saturday, Olive has been experiencing sleep apnea. Rusty said the doctors in Bangkok are keeping a close eye on Olive. The ups and downs are to be expected with draining the fluid. We were encouraged by a long talk with Rusty on Sunday morning. Rusty's compassion, love and bonding for Olive came through in a way that helped me give up the bitterness that had begun to slowly creep in, wondering why God would bring such pain to our children who had given their lives to a foreign land so far away. I'm so grateful that Jesus understands their pain.
